Focus and Scope

CME is the leading medical Continuing Professional Development (CPD) journal in South Africa. It is written by South African experts for South African doctors. Each edition has a major medical theme e.g. diabetes, trauma.

Peer Review Process

The editor and guest editors solicit articles from selected authors who are recognised in their fields and are responsible for review of the submitted material. Further peer review may be requested on occasions.

 

Publication Frequency

CME is published monthly, with the exception of December (i.e 1 volume comprising 11 issues per annum).

 

Open Access Policy

Continuing Medical Education provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
